I had been signed up to nationwide heating for 6 months and when my old boiler broke down. It was beyond repair. The engineer attend the day after I phoned and arranged for a brand new boiler to be installed and I was given a quote the same day detailing the cost of the boiler plus the cost in parts and labour on what I would have had to pay if I didn’t have cover with them.
I was really pleased with the quote and within a few days of me accepting the quote the same engineer attended to install the boiler. He was clean, informative, polite and respectful and ensured me my cover wouldn’t change and my new boiler was covered on my existing policy. Overall I was really pleased with the service as they made what could have been a terrible situation leading up to Christmas just that little bit easier and I looking forward to seeing the same engineer next year for my annual boiler service.

Following my free boiler service, I signed up to the homecare plan. Thankfully I did as during the winter my heating stopped working. One of the engineers responded really quickly and had up warmed up the same day.
