BRCGS is a globally recognised certification that sets the highest standards through rigorous third-party auditing. Our global supply chain includes suppliers accredited by BRCGS, RSPCA, IFS, Aenor, IAWS, Rainforest Alliance, Sedex and HALAL, all committed to high welfare and high quality.
Many of our suppliers operate vertical integration, controlling the process from animal feed on their own farms through to slaughter and delivery into our storage facilities.

We proudly offer Aberdeen Angus renowned for its rich marbling and full flavour, locally sourced British beef for freshness and traceability, traditionally dry-aged beef for depth of taste, and expertly matured salt-aged specialities for a distinctive finish.
